TaskEasy connects homeowners and property managers with contractors for yard maintenance, offered as a subscription or one-time service. As the founding designer, I built the UX from the ground up across both the consumer product and the corporate client platform, created the brand identity, and led a team of UX designers.
My role
Coming in as the first designer, I had to establish everything from scratch: the visual language, the design process, and the product experience across multiple surfaces. That meant designing the consumer website and mobile app, the contractor mobile app, and a separate product for corporate clients in the property management industry.
Beyond the product work, I directed the aesthetic voice of the brand, created the logo and visual identity, and led a team of UX designers as the product and company grew. I also worked closely with stakeholders to align on product direction and represented the design team at the executive level.
